As Realtors , we are able to show any property that is listed as "Active" in North Carolina. Use the link below to schedule a showing through our Google Calendar for either our listing or another listing. Once scheduled through Google Calendar, we will send you a quick text and email to confirm the showing, obtain financing info, and signatures for the buyer agency agreement. This allows us to move quickly on the home you love, and gives us permission to represent you. Proof of funds shows sellers that you are serious about your purchase, and the buyer agency agreement allows us to negotiate on your behalf.
