Mary Ann Fleming
Since 2001, Maryann Fleming has been helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the real estate market with confidence. With years of experience, she specializes in first-time homebuyers and new construction, guiding clients through every step of the process to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.
In addition to residential sales, Maryann offers full property management services, including tenant screening, rent collection, and coordinating repairs—providing peace of mind for property owners.
Maryann is known for her dedication, knowledge, and commitment to delivering personalized service that meets each client’s unique needs.
When she isn’t working, Maryann enjoys spending time with her family—especially her grandchildren—and tending to her garden.

Tiffany Kegley
Tiffany Kegley is originally from Eastern NC. In Greenville she attended East Carolina University, and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Art Education. Tiffany has served the Pitt County area as a full-time real estate agent since 2018. She met her now husband while he was finishing his degree at East Carolina, and relocated to Charlotte after getting married. After having their first child, Emmett, Tiffany and Stephen moved back to Greenville to be closer to family.
Tiffany's favorite part about working as a Realtor is helping clients find just the right place that they'll call home for years to come. It is really rewarding being able to guide buyers and sellers through the process.
During Tiffany's free time, she really enjoys trying new restaurants with her hubby, and spending time outdoors as a family. In the summertime you can usually find her in the garden or tweaking a recipe made with home-grown ingredients.
